The Advantages of Natural HGH

Natural products are becoming more and more popular. It is possible to naturally increase the production of human growth hormone in your body using a Natural HGH treatment regimen. Available in homeopathic herbal supplements, powders, injections, tablets and oral sprays, Natural HGH is the perfect combination of strong hgh releasers of amino acids that can stimulate the pituitary gland so that it produces more natural HGH.

There are more advantages for a person to use Natural Hgh as opposed to using various synthetic HGH products or injections.
#1. Natural HGH is created using natural products, such as extracts and herbs that act in the same way as real human growth hormone that is produced by the pituitary gland.
#2. The blends of natural ingredients are very potent in these natural HGH supplements, yet the product costs less than dangerous, synthetic HGH products.

What are the qualities that make Natural HGH the best value?

Smart customers like the fact that Natural HGH is effective, stable, easy to use and easy to purchase. Online pharmacies that offer valuable discounts on Natural HGH abound. Natural HGH is available as a spray, pill or powder. On top of all that, Natural HGH is safer and produces fewer side effects than synthetic HGH. Natural HGH is very easy to use as it comes in a number of forms: homeopathic, tablets, and capsules. The benefits are gradual and incremental; however, they are dependable and apparent after a month or two. Natural HGH supplements are a great way to regain youthful vitality and strength, as restoring your body’s human growth hormone levels can have many health benefits. In addition to this, Natural HGH therapy produces safer results; even though, they take a bit longer than those afforded by synthetic HGH boosters. Both doctors and satisfied customers who have professional and personal experience with Natural HGH recommend it because of its safe, reliable results.

The HGH Supplement: Taking HGH as part of a dietary regimen is something fairly recent. HGH – which stands for human growth hormone – is a chemical that our bodies produce on their own. HGH, produced by the body’s pituitary gland, plays a major role in various important functions. HGH essentially maintains a young and strong-looking body; it aids in cellular repair and is even compared to being a fountain of youth of sorts. The available HGH supplements can raise the bodily levels of HGH so that the person can benefit from this hormone.

Advantages of The HGH Supplement: Many advantages come with a consumption of The HGH Supplement. It should be noted that human growth hormone is most commonly administered as a pill. It could only be injected in the past, which made it a lot less common or even considerable by most people. Human Growth Hormone Supplements can be taken without any risks today, and this practice is becoming more common as people want to enhance their health and feel younger.

Various positive side effects have been noticed in people who take an HGH Supplement. For example, it has been proven that HGH consumption enhances weight loss regimens. Also, adding a human growth hormone supplement to one’s dietary regimen has been demonstrated to increase strength by making the user’s workouts more productive and increasing their muscle growth. Actually, the HGH supplement can prevent degeneration of cells, thereby slowing the natural process of muscle degradation in the human body. This permits people to retain strong, youthful muscles for a much longer time.

HGH Supplement picks up where natural HGH production tapers off. The human body naturally produces HGH during the early period of someone’s life; this is what gives a person his or her youthful glow. But after one reaches the age of 30, HGH levels decline steeply, with some even dropping as much as 16 percent per year. When the HGH supplement is taken as directed, it can act as a fountain of youth. Because the human growth hormone plays a leading role in the retention of youthful health, maintaining high levels of it within the body can slow or reverse many adverse effects of aging.

A number of medical researchers have lightly compared HGH with the “fountain of youth”. Because naturally produced HGH keeps the body healthy and youthful, it is important to maintain high levels of it in order to slow or reverse the effects of aging. Some of the excellent benefits of HGH include weight loss and an increase in sexual stamina. It’s easy to see that adding HGH to one’s health routine would be a positive enhancement.

But who can really use an HGH Supplement?

With all the benefits provided by the HGH supplement, many top athletes and professional body builders utilize it for better workouts and enhanced performance. Today’s HGH Supplement is very easy to consume and comes with a specific routine to follow – as opposed to the inconveniences of the injected supplement in the past.

HGH Supplements are not limited to athletes and bodybuilders; many “normal” people use it as well to enhance their lifestyle and health. In recent years, people have learned about human growth hormone and its ability to reverse the effects of aging, so it has become more popular.

Does The HGH Supplement do what it promises?

There have been quite a few studies done on the human growth hormone. Studies have shown that The HGH Supplement can be effective – as long as it contains an adequate amount of HGH in its formula. The HGH Supplement took years to develop and has helped millions of users.

One thing to remember when it comes to taking the HGH supplement is that it takes time before results are seen. Because the hormone level must build up in the body over a period of time, it can take as long as months before results are noticed. The effects of taking HGH supplements are inversely proportional to one’s age; the older a person is, the longer it takes to see results. The reason for this is that lower levels of HGH are present in the bodies of older people. It can take time for your body to begin producing more of its own natural HGH molecules, but the wait can be worthwhile.

The HGH Supplement is, briefly, a great addition to improve everyone’s lifestyle. There is credible research available to support the claims of the companies that offer this supplement. HGH has been proven to help combat the signs of aging, including loss of vitality, loss of muscular strength, and more.

People throughout the world, both men and women, seem to be interested in HGH. Human Growth Hormone, also referred to as HGH, is produced by the pituitary gland. This gland is located in the middle of the brain. Somatotroph cells, found within the pituitary gland, synthesize, store and secrete HGH, a chain of 191 amino acid proteins.

Our bodies begin producing HGH, the most abundant hormone secreted by the pituitary gland, as soon as we are born. HGH is then absorbed by the liver and transformed into growth factors, and these interact with the cells in the body. This interaction has a great impact on cell reproduction, since it influences the life and death of cells. Without instructions from the growth hormone, cell reproduction decreases substantially.

HGH provides a number of benefits to people, including controlling aging, boosting energy levels, enhancing skin, and so on. It is thought to be able to control metabolism and increase muscle mass. In addition, it is thought to be linked to energy levels in people. It is also possible to cure some diseases by employing HGH in a certain therapy. However, the primary function of growth hormone is to increase a person’s height. Children who have correct HGH levels appear to be taller than those who do not enjoy adequate HGH levels.

Between the ages of 21 and 30, HGH levels are at their peak in the human body. As we age, and particularly after we reach the age of 30, natural HGH levels decrease very quickly in our bodies. It is believed that HGH levels decrease by 14% every 10 years, causing lower energy levels and increased fatigue as we age. The functioning of the pituitary gland degrades as we age, thus slowing production of HGH. With the decline in HGH levels in our bodies, weight gain occurs, bones weaken and less calcium is retained. Some research has indicated that there is approximately an 80% decrease in HGH levels over time.

As a person ages and HGH levels decline, serious conditions can develop. Since decreased levels of HGH have a negative effect on cholesterol levels, cardiovascular diseases may develop; in addition, some memory related conditions have been linked to deficiencies of HGH. Sleeping disorders arise in those who have very low HGH levels in their bodies; they also have a hard time concentrating and generally lose interest in their lives. A lack of hgh has also been linked to disorders that involve fatigue. There have been some instances in which people with low HGH levels have had no desire whatsoever for sex.

Therefore it is essential that we maintain proper HGH levels in our bodies for proper growth, maintenance of health and the general well-being of the body.

Serum levels of HGH can be increased in 3 ways.

1. Non-prescription supplementation of Amino Acid Secretagogues. Stimulates natural hormonal production.

For Details regarding The AntiAging & Longevity Project Secretagogue Formulations

2. Exercise, hard aerobics & moderate anaerobics. Exercise stimulates HGH production.

3. Prescription rHGH. Actual HGH via injection. Requires Dr.’s prescription!

1. Nutritional Stimulation / A focus of our research.

Requires no prescription. All of the components are available at any full line Health Food Store!

Stimulation of the Hypothalamus & Anterior Pituitary to produce more hgh with Amino Acid secretagogue stimulation. Amino Acid Secretagogues, or nutritional stimulation of the endocrine system, requires no prescription and have fewer potential side effects and are relatively inexpensive.

An accepted medical testing procedure for pituitary function is to introduce an amino acid, l-Arginine, directly into the system (IV) and then measure HGH blood levels.

Oral administration of amino acids are effective but not as effective as IV administration. This is similar to the fact that IV antibiotics are more effective than oral antibiotic medications, but the oral medications work and are much less expensive!

Nutritional hormonal stimulation ( the Secretagogue Stack ) is synergistic with a relatively hard aerobic & anaerobic workout.

The primary amino acid stimulators of HGH are: as described in Dr. Ronald Klatz’s book “Grow Young With HGH”!

This book is full of references, lab work documentation & research reports. I highly recommend this book.

Do not use fruit juice as a mixing aid. Fruit juice has carbohydrates / sugar that eliminate , or at best reduce, the HGH pulse.

Low Carbohydrate Diet Science

Growth Hormone Friendly Zone, from Greg Watson’s site.

The basis of the “Growth Hormone Friendly Zone” is the low carbohydrate diet and the resulting low blood sugar.

The “Growth Hormone Friendly Zone” is necessary for a significant HGH pulse, even with hard exercise.

HGH is secreted when blood glucose is low to burn body fat for fuel!

The diet would be somewhat similar to Dr. Adkins diet or Dr. Barry Sears “Zone Diet” plan.

Synergy = Low Carb Diet Secretagogue Stack Aerobic / Anaerobic Workout! = Optimum HGH Secretion

The Amino Acids act as stimulators to the endocrine system.

The Secretagogue Stack must be taken on an empty stomach and not as a complete protein.

The Secretagogue Stack must be taken at least 2 ( 3 is better ) hours after food consumption.

The Amino Acid Secretagogues act as stimulators to the endocrine system ( Hypothalamus & Anterior Pituitary ).

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, 5- 20 grams per day.

L-Glutamine

Glutamine Peptides. A form of Glutamine, with a different absorption mechanism than L-Glutamine.

L-Arginine, 3 - 8 grams per day.

Increases Nitrogen retention, important for muscle growth.

Results in a HGH pulse & is complimented by L-Ornithine.

Arginine Pyroglutamate – most expensive component of the formulations. 1.5 to 4 grams per day.

Must be used with L-Lysine instead of L-Arginine.

L-Lysine & L-Arginine compete for the same receptors in the brain.

Arginine Pyroglutamate was used in the Italian / Dr. Isordi studies.

L-Lysine (Amino acid) 1.5 – 8 grams per day.

Arginine Pyroglutamate must be used instead of L-Arginine if L-Lysine is used.

L-Ornithine 2 – 8 grams per day.

Excitatory, not in PM formulation.

HGH increases, compliments L-Arginine.

OKG 3-8 grams per day.

Originally a French designer amino acid.

Used in Hospital “Burn Units” for skin growth.

Glycine 3 – 10 grams per day.

Excellent pre workout.

GABA (Nighttime only) 2 – 5 grams at bed time. Promotes REM sleep ( Rapid Eye Movement, dream state).

USA Today article on deep REM sleep & Growth Hormone.

Niacin (B-3) 250 – 500 mg, twice per day

A lesser amount is used in the night lime formulation.

Vit. C.

An effervescent form is used.

If I knew I was going to live this long, I’d have taken better care of myself.~ Mickey Mantle

The “Uncontrollables”
Surprisingly, many uncontrollable early life factors in the Harvard study were not as important for successful aging as those that individuals could control themselves. These included social class of the parents, having a close-knit family while growing up, having ancestors who lived a long time, childhood temperament, and physical health at age 50.

“To many, the conclusions of the study are puzzling,” says study author George E. Vaillant, M.D., a professor of psychiatry at Harvard University and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Mass. “How can the care we take of ourselves be so important, and the longevity of our ancestors and our childhood environment be so unimportant to health after 70?”

“The answer is that in youth a Mercedes runs better than a Chevrolet. But in old age, maintenance is everything,” says Vaillant, author of Aging Well, which will be published in fall 2001. While the Harvard study dealt exclusively with men, his new book discusses applications of these findings to women’s lives.

By comparing 268 Harvard sophomores with 456 socially disadvantaged inner-city teens, Vaillant’s study also showed that education, but not money or social prestige, benefited health in later years.

The Learning Curve
“Never stop learning — you can add to your education every day of your life,” says Bass, who started out “very poor” on an Alabama farm. “We walked around barefoot in the straw, drove tractors and took care of livestock. I decided pretty early that it wasn’t the kind of life I wanted to lead.”

True to his dreams, Bass joined the Army in 1945 with only a high school diploma, but attended night school while enlisted for nine years. Continuing his education as he advanced in the commissioned ranks, he eventually got his MBA from George Washington University in 1973 and retired as a Colonel after 38 years of service.

The Harvard researchers found that the health of the inner-city men declined more rapidly than did that of the Harvard men, as their health status at age 65 matched the Harvard men at age 75. However, the health of 25 inner-city men who later obtained a college education was as stable as those who entered the study as Harvard sophomores.

When the researchers reviewed other long-term studies of health in late life, they found that the two most important predictors of successful aging were a high level of education and active involvement in an extended family.

“I think our results are reassuring to those people in middle age who are looking for ways to age gracefully,” says study coauthor Kenneth J. Mukamal, M.D., an instructor in medicine at Harvard University and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Mass. “Aging connotes more than decline — it represents change and even development.”

Thanks to modern medicine, the number of years spent in active retirement has increased tenfold in the last 100 years. In 1990, there were 4 million Americans over age 85, and there will be 40 million by 2040. Promoting good health is therefore just as important as identifying and treating disease.

“By not smoking, not abusing alcohol, working on a strong marriage, developing mature coping mechanisms, getting exercise, maintaining a healthy weight and getting an education, individuals can maximize their chances of healthy and happy older age, regardless of the circumstances of their upbringing,” Mukamal says.

The Sabotage
Because depression can sabotage both mental and physical health, Mukamal encourages depressed individuals of all ages to seek professional help for this highly treatable condition.

“Everyone has to recognize their limitations, but I’m trying to do all I can that is feasible, given my age,” Bass says. “I hope to carry on like this as long as I can in the future.”

Thanks to this study, we now have a prescription for improving the quality as well as the quantity of our golden years. When jazz musician Eubie Blake reached his 100th birthday, he summed it up like this: “If I’d known I was gonna live this long, I’d have taken better care of myself.”

If you are searching to improve weight loss, look younger or improve your performance; hgh releasers it is the successful, easy and safe way to implement it.

Lifestyle Choices Most Important, Study Shows

What advice does retired Army Col. Robert L. Bass give his three children about living to a ripe old age and enjoying it to the fullest?

“Watch how you treat your body and what you eat, stay physically active, keep informed about new medical developments that can improve your health, and prepare yourself for the future by saving money and by getting a good education,” says the 72-year-old resident of Tampa, Fla.

Bass practices what he preaches — he doesn’t smoke, he drinks a beer about once a week, he eats plenty of raw fruits and veggies and very little meat — and it seems to be paying off. He jogs almost every morning and works out with weights most nights. As a result, he says he enjoys good health, a “reasonably successful” life and a positive marriage that is now 52 years young.

Turns out that the advice and lifestyle of this role model are right on target, according to the longest continuous study of mental and physical health ever done worldwide, reported in the June 2001 issue of the American Journal of Psychiatry.

The Study

“This is an amazing study. Imagine following people over 60 years with physical examinations every five years and tests of psychological and social adjustment every two years!” says Verena Menec, Ph.D., an assistant professor of community health sciences at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. “Most studies of aging don’t begin until subjects are over age 60. Now we can look at how early life and middle-age factors predict aging.”

The findings of this study should bring new hope to those who want to improve their own health and quality of life. And even if you’re a couch potato who has let things slide a little, it’s never too late to make a difference.

By following 724 men for 60 years beginning in 1940, researchers from Harvard University studied the best predictors of successful aging at ages 70 to 80, as reflected in physical health, survival without disability, social supports, mental health, independence in activities of daily living and life enjoyment.

The Lifestyle

Other than not having a history of depression, all factors predicting successful aging could be controlled to some extent by the individuals themselves. These included moderate alcohol consumption, not smoking, a stable marriage, regular exercise, normal weight, and positive coping mechanisms.

“You have to be flexible and willing to cope with whatever challenges cross your path,” says Bass, whose military career has included two tours in Vietnam, one in Korea and one in Okinawa.

Getting a head start on healthy habits, like exercise, diet, and avoiding smoking and heavy drinking, pays off in the long run. “It is remarkable to see how important early lifestyles appear to be for health in our 70s,” says Brenda Penninx, Ph.D., an assistant professor at the Sticht Center on Aging of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston Salem, N.C.

“It’s never too early to begin practicing a healthy lifestyle,” agrees Jennifer B. Unger, Ph.D., an assistant professor of preventive medicine at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. “Adolescents and young adults should be encouraged to adopt healthy lifestyles now, instead of waiting until they start to experience symptoms of disease.”

The Social Success

Unger’s findings in the MacArthur Studies of Successful Aging showed that individuals with stronger social ties were more likely to age successfully. “In our increasingly computerized society, we need to take steps to ensure that people don’t become socially isolated and sedentary,” she says. She recommends community-based programs and activities to promote healthy behaviors and social supports.

In his own life, Bass recognizes the importance of social relationships. He considers himself “reasonably religious” and sometimes calls on church members for assistance, while being a good neighbor himself to shut-ins in his community. Although his children are geographically scattered, he maintains close contact with them.

“Even though we have our ups and downs, our marriage is positive because we have each other to confide in, listen to and thrash out problems as they arise,” Bass says. “We use each other as a sounding board.”

In case you’re looking for way to improve weight loss, look younger or improve your performance, hgh pills is the successful, safe, easy method to do it.

Introduction
In future installments, this section will give specific advice on how to plan for and initiate change relating to a specific topic. Today we will discuss what motivates us, in general, toward changing an unhealthy habit or behavior, and what steps will help ensure we succeed in making those changes.

All of us can reflect on a time when we made an intentional change in our lives. Maybe you changed your opinion about a certain politician, or found a better way to get to work. Maybe you decided to make more time to be with your family. Whatever the change, you did two things: you identified a need for change and you took the steps necessary to implement the change. Change is seldom easy but take heart; you have changed things in and about your life in the past. Change is not impossible.

Each of us changes for different reasons. For example, have you ever had the habit of hitting the snooze button on your alarm to get those few extra minutes of sleep, making all kinds of “deals” with yourself along the way, like, “I can sleep 10 extra minutes because I’ll skip breakfast.” Before you know it, you’ve hit it one too many times and you’re late for work…..again. Your boss has to reprimand you for your consistent tardiness. You decide to trash your alarm clock and purchase one without a snooze button. What was your motivation for change? Was it fear of losing your job? Were you afraid of losing the respect of your boss?

If you are thinking about changing an unhealthy lifestyle behavior, you will evaluate your reasons for change in the same way. You might decide to quit smoking because you hate the glaring looks you get when you smoke in public, or the way your clothes and home smell like a dirty ash tray. You might decide to finally see your doctor for a long-overdue mammogram after a close friend has been diagnosed with breast cancer. These “alarms” make us stop and think about a harmful habit or lifestyle choice and can motivate us to do something about it.

Whatever the initial motivation, however, successful change can only occur when you make the decision to change. Everyone around you can say, “You’ve got to stop drinking so much…we’re so worried about your health,” but until you feel that inner pull to change, you won’t. You can only make a change in your life when it is truly for you–not for someone else. Only you can make the final decision to change–or not.

How many times have you said to yourself, “I will start my diet on MONDAY” or “This is DEFINITELY my last cigarette?” We have all made ill-fated promises to ourselves at one time or another. We may have even said them out loud to our family or friends and thought, “‘This time, I’m really going to do it.” The main reason behind the failure of these sort of spur-of-the-moment promises to ourselves is that they were just that–spur-of-the-moment. You didn’t really stop to think about your decision before you made it; it just sounded like it was a good time to say “I’ll start my diet on Monday” because it was Friday and you were sitting in front of a pizza deluxe.

Once you have made the decision to change you need a clear plan and support along the way. The following are some guidelines that will help you succeed in your plan to change.

(1) Set realistic, gradual goals. Don’t convince yourself that you can lose 20 pounds by spring if it’s already Groundhog’s Day. Setting unrealistic, unattainable goals will only cause discouragement and invite opportunities to give up. Set smaller goals on your way to achieving your overall goal.

>(2) Visualize yourself in your desired state. Picture yourself achieving your overall goal and how much better you’ll feel about yourself. Repeat the visualization many times to help keep you motivated to change

(3) Reward yourself appropriately. Provide yourself with appropriate incentives each time you reach one of your small goals. Treat yourself to a relaxing massage, a weekend get-away or an afternoon in the park. But keep your rewards appropriate; don’t treat yourself to ice cream if you are trying to lose weight!

(4) Surround yourself with support. Tell your family and friends of your goals for change and ask for their encouragement.

(5) Avoid places or people associated with what you want to change. If you and a few co-workers habitually took a cigarette break at 10 am everyday, tell them that you have decided to quit and fill that time slot with a new activity, like a brisk walk around the block.

Columnist Jackie Greer once said, “You don’t have to be afraid of change. You don’t have to worry about what’s been taken away. Just look to see what’s been added.” Thinking ahead to how your health will be for the better will help you achieve your wellness goals. When you succeed in making healthy lifestyle changes what you’ll add is more years of healthier, happier life.

HGH Releasers are a harmless, inexpensive option to pricey human growth hormone injections. Although a year’s worth of shots could cost $10,500 to $20,500, a year of good HGH releasers could cost only about $300 to $400. As those products are organic, they also don’t contain the side effect dangers linked to injectable HGH. In addition, there aren’t any unpleasant needles and sore injection sites.

There are a few different kinds of HGH releasers. A few have homeopathic HGH and supporting components to help HGH get into your system. Other ones are made up of a mixture of homeopathic HGH and the components necessary to increase your body’s natural production of growth hormone. The final category has supplements, which contain no HGH but do contain a mixture of ingredients to help the body make more growth hormone of its own.

The alleged benefits of more growth hormone are stronger bones, lower body fat, additional energy, healthier skin and quicker recuperation, more lean muscle mass. Those beneficial changes may be observed with HGH releasers the same as with HGH injections. The additional benefits of very few or no side effects plus the cheap price make this a viable option. If an athlete is seeking a legal increase or a middle-aged individual is trying to slow their aging, the HGH releaser may provide results.

The results are generally not as fast as those observed with human growth hormone injections and could take weeks, even months to notice. The sprays occasionally have a flavor that’s hard to get used to, and the pills can be big and difficult to swallow.

HGH releasers are natural mixtures of amino acids and vitamins which exist currently in our bodies. A benefit to increasing your own natural production utilizing an HGH hormone releaser is that your body will not “crash” when you stop supplementing it. When a hormone is injected or put into the body in some other way, the normal production slows down and, in unusual instances, stops completely. This causes a large dip in the amount of that hormone in the body if the hormone therapy is ceased suddenly and not gradually stopped. With HGH releasers, your system is producing the hormones and not depending on other sources. Your body will only produce to the pre-supplement level if the supplement is stopped; you gradually produce less over time.

HGH hormone releasers can offer your body the help necessary to begin producing more of its own growth hormone. The outcome might not be as fast or intense as with injections, but the long range effects, lack of side effects and cheaper price make this a nice option for individuals looking for the benefits of growth hormone therapy.

Growing older does not have to be about growing old. With intention and appreciation for the aging process we can all age feeling satisfied with our lives.

We all have the ability to transform our aging process into a journey of wisdom and vitality while we become older. The ultimate goal for people who are aging consciously is allowing the wisdom of our experience to guide us as we express who we are in new ways, and to remain a contributing part of the world around us.

With all this diversity and expansion, it seems clear that each of us must assume greater responsibility for our own process, claiming for ourselves what fits us and inspires us to greater well being. We need to be aware of the stereotypical beliefs that pervade our thinking and then examine each one for its accuracy in modern times.

Fit After Fifty:

Being fit after fifty in body, mind and spirit requires a different kind of awareness and attention than when we were in our thirties and forties. No matter how fit we are, our levels of energy shift and change, as do our interests. In a world that values youth and extremes, it can be easy to devalue our years by imitating the young. Rather than waste our time trying to be younger, let’s enhance it by exploring the richness of our longevity, without comparing it to any other age group, including our own, or any previous generation as they have experienced it. To do this takes knowing ourselves, our level of well being, our interests, our commitments and our abilities. It is never too late to build a healthy lifestyle.

To begin to nurture your own spirit, start by trying something new today, perhaps right now!

If you are reading this late at night and it seems too late to be creative, think again! What if you just got into bed from a different side than usual? Or crawled in from the bottom? What if you sang yourself to sleep? What if you slept with your head at the foot of your bed, or took your blanket and camped out under the dining room table? There is no end to the newness we can create in our lives as we expand the boundaries of our thinking.

An Intention Setting Process:

1. Decide the qualities and values you want to experience. If you want more peace, abundance, love, joy, fulfillment, creativity, etc., declare your intention to bring this quality into every goal you set. Write it down. There is a power added to our commitments when we write them down.
2. Create a separate affirmation for each quality you desire, and for the situation in which you want to experience it. An affirmation always states the situation as if it already exists. For example, you might write, “I feel a great peace and creativity at work,” or “I have the abundance to meet my deepest values and experience a prosperous quality of life.”
3. Each week, take time to read through your list and to notice the ways you can create, or allow this feeling to be present in your experience.

Setting off in a chosen direction doesn’t require as much will power as forcing yourself to meet a goal that goes against your deepest intention. All you need to do is a make a commitment to begin and then take a step in the direction of your intention each day. Soon you will find that a synergy develops between your affirmation and your life, your goals will be accomplished.

As a person grows older, their skin will change dramatically. Most people are very familiar with the first sign of aging: wrinkles. The skin will become dry because oil and sweat glands slow down, and the skin will have less elasticity.

But just like other parts of the body, various factors influence the rate at which your skin will age. Sunlight takes a huge toll on the skin. It’s important to wear sunscreen beginning at a young age. The person who spends years of their youth sunbathing will appear much older than the one who spent her youth protected from the harmful UV rays.

Hereditary and racial factors will also influence your skin’s aging process, but
protection from the sun and proper moisture will help reduce many skin problems.

One skin problem the elderly face is itching. External irritants most often cause itching.

Ways to provide comfort from itching are:

* Take fewer baths
* Avoid wool clothing
* Maintain a comfortable temperature
* Apply skin cream

If itching does not clear up within two weeks of trying the above suggestions, you may need to see a physician. You may have a more serious problem.

Vitiligo – loss of pigment in the skin. The condition itself is not physically harmful but often causes emotional damage.

Senile Purpura: the skin usually appears thin and transparent.

Other skin problems is an increase in hair. The hair in the ears and nose often become thicker and more apparent. Hair may turn gray or fall out. Men and women alike often use dyes to cover gray hair or treatments for thinning hair such as Rogaine. Your fingernails may also change as you grow older. Some people’s become coarse and thick, others becomes thin and brittle.

We all grow older; we can’t stop the aging process. But there are ways to help relieve skin conditions. You can use creams or lotions to relieve dryness. The best are oil-in-water or water-in-oil mixtures. Most wrinkle creams don’t really help much.

As mentioned before, sunscreen will help prevent overexposure to the sun. Hair can be removed in many ways, including shaving, waxing or tweezing. New products are being created every day to help with hair removal. Cosmetics can be used to mask some conditions, and some people will consider plastic surgery. Many types of common surgery are available to help reduce the signs of aging.

One important tip to prevent skin problems is to care for your skin while you are young.

Drink a lot of water and avoid damaging products. Remember that the skin is the largest organ in the body. Care for it the same way you would your heart or brain. You’ll have it for the rest of your life.
